They are shipped in their original packaging unless they are sold in blister strips as a convenience to you the client.

SHIPPING

All products are shipped via International Registered Airmail. 10 years experience has told us that this is the safest and most reliable postal service to deliver your goods to you.

We can ship to a PO Box, APO addresses or your work office.

International Registered Airmail requires a signature so if you are not at home or you have used a PO Box or APO address, a card will be left advising you to pick up your parcel from your local Post Office.

We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hrs of placing your order. 
 
All orders take 10-14 days from the date of shipping. If you do not receive your order within 28 days of shipping please contact us and we will provide a reship or a refund at your request.

RESHIPS AND REFUNDS
 
If you place an order and it is not received within 28 days from the date of shipping we will offer you a reship at our expense or a refund. This is up to you. We just ask you keep in contact with our customer service team and advise us i9f you have not received your order.
 
A very small percentage of orders are lost or seized by customs and when this happens we act in your interests and offer the reship or refund.

Our pharmacist is full qualified and is there to ensure that the products we provide are of the highest quality.
He ensures that the products are stored in a first class facility and kept in a controlled environment until shipping.
He will endeavour to ship products with a long expiry with a minimum of 3 months.
 
He is always available to answer enquiries regarding the products he dispenses but will always refer you to your local doctor if the enquiry is specific to your health.
